Customer Says Retail Supplier Charged Over $20,000 More Than Default Service Over Past Decade

In a story concerning a previously reported Illinois bill SB 0651 addressing the retail energy markets, including generally prohibiting service to assistance program customers and instituting various new marketing regulations and contracting prohibitions, The Chicago Reporter reports that a customer who spent a decade with a retail supplier says they paid $20,000 more than if they had been on default service.
