Chron: NRG In Court Fight With Retail Sales Vendor, Info On Sales Process, Commissions Detailed

The Houston Chronicle reports on litigation between NRG and one of its outside sales vendors, which the Chronicle notes gives a glimpse into various NRG strategies and operations regarding sales, including the amount of commissions for enrollments

Apart from litigating a non-compete clause, at issue are also allegations from NRG that the vendor exploited a loophole to bypass credit checks on customers in order to enroll more customers, but the vendor says it was following NRG's direction on the matter
