Google Seeks Nevada Declaratory Order On Competitive Power Options

Google has submitted a petition for a declaratory order to the Nevada PUC concerning competitive power options for a site to be developed near Reno, the Reno Gazette-Journal reports

An electronic copy of Google's petition, in Docket 17-04019, was not available as of press time

According to the Reno Gazette-Journal, citing a person familiar with the filing, Google in the petition is not yet seeking to formally exit NV Energy, but is seeking clarification of competitive options under current law.
