Illinois City Warns of "Aggressive" Retail Energy Marketers

The City of Oak Forest, Illinois, which recently dropped municipal aggregation customers back to ComEd, has warned residents of what it termed "aggressive" door-to-door agents of a retail supplier, the Daily Southtown reports, via the Chicago Tribune

The City alleges agents have been engaged in "high pressure" tactics and alleged that agents have "implied" a relationship with the city, though the exact alleged language used by the agents was not reported
