FERC issued an order revoking the market-based rate authority of the following companies:

• BluCo Energy LLC

• Alternate Power Source Inc.

• Atlantic Coast Energy Corporation

• Fibrominn LLC

FERC stated that these companies failed to file their Electric Quarterly Reports and did not file the delinquent reports in response to an earlier notice stating an intent to revoke their MBR authority for such failure
