FERC Orders $230 Million In Penalties Against GreenHat, Related Parties '

FERC issued an order finding that, "GreenHat Energy, LLC (GreenHat), John Bartholomew, Kevin Ziegenhorn, and Andrew Kittell," engaged in a manipulative scheme in the Financial Transmission Rights (FTR) market operated by PJM

FERC issued the following fines, in addition to $13 million in disgorgements:

• $179,600,573 against GreenHat

• $25 million against Bartholomew

• $25 million against Ziegenhorn
