FERC Intends To Revoke MBR Rates Of Several Retail Suppliers

FERC issued a notice of intent to revoke the market-based rate authority of several power marketers, including several retail suppliers, for their alleged failure to file required electric quarterly reports.

FERC said that it would revoke the MBR authority of the companies listed below if EQRs are not filed within 15 days. The companies subject to such potential revocation are:

• BluCo Energy LLC

• Alternate Power Source Inc.

• Atlantic Coast Energy Corporation

• Fibrominn LLC
