The Illinois Commerce Commission has published official and final Ameren prices to compare for the period beginning June 1, 2014, which now reflect updated transmission rates.

The Ameren prices to compare vary by zone but no longer vary by whether the customer has electric space heating.

The final Ameren Illinois prices to compare are, in cents per kWh):

Rate Zone      6/1/14 - 9/30/14    10/1/14 - 5/31/15
Rate Zone I        4.657               4.465
Rate Zone II       4.553               4.361
Rate Zone III      4.633               4.441

Rate Zone I = previously AmerenCIPS
Rate Zone II = previously AmerenCILCO
Rate Zone III = previously AmerenIP
