Exelon Nuke Bailout, ComEd Microgrid Bill Fails To Pass This Session

Exelon's sought legislation to provide financial support for its nuclear plants and allow ComEd to own microgrids (along with associated generation) was not brought up for a vote before the close of the current Illinois legislative session

However, sponsors indicated they will keep working to pass the legislation in the future

Dynegy's proposal to move Ameren to PJM was also not addressed
