October 27,2015

Dayton Power & Light officially unveiled a new bill for electricity customers

Aside from including the logo of the customer's retail supplier, DP&L said that the new bill features a larger size and appearance of the bill, making it clear, fast and easy to read.

"Additionally, customers will find information to help them track their energy usage and help them save on energy costs. The new bill has a visual representation of kilowatt usages for current, previous and last year-to-date billing cycles. There also is a Message Center where DP&L can provide important energy efficiency tips or other timely news to customers," DP&L said
