Report: Energy Harbor Subpoenaed In Federal Probe Of Ohio Nuclear Subsidy Law

The Wall Street Journal reports that Energy Harbor Corp., a retail and wholesale energy supplier, has been subpoenaed by federal prosecutors in connection with an investigation into HB 6, the nuclear subsidy law.

The WSJ notes that, "No companies, executives or investors have been charged with wrongdoing."
