PUC Chair: Seven Suppliers Could Lose Their License

At a hearing before legislators earlier this month, Pennsylvania PUC Chairman Robert Powleson said that up to seven suppliers could be facing license revocation.

Powleson did not name the specific suppliers, according to the Reading Eagle

As noted previously, the PUC had released a list of the top 10 suppliers with the most complaints, though the PUC did not specifically identify those suppliers as being the same as those Powleson identified as facing license revocation.
