Two Suppliers Draw Bulk Of Pa. Energy Price Complaints (But 10 Have 100+)

April 03,2014

The Philadelphia Inquirer today reports on the release by the Pennsylvania PUC of the electric generation suppliers with the most recent complaints.

The Inq. story lists 10 suppliers with about or over 100 complaints, but notes that two suppliers alone have excess in 1,400 complaints.

Of course, complaint volume is not a perfect metric since it is influenced by the relative size of each supplier, not only customer dissatisfaction.

Check out the Philadelphia Inquirer for identities of the suppliers with the most complaints.
