PUC Staff Propose Millions in Exit Fees For Casinos To Take Competitive Supply

Staff of the Nevada PUC have proposed exit fees of up to $88 million per customer for MGM Resorts International, Las Vegas Sands, and Wynn Resorts to leave NV Energy and take competitive supply, the Las Vegas Sun reports
