Ohio Fines Retail Suppliers, Brokers, Threatens License Revocation

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has issued a $1,000 civil forfeiture on several retail suppliers and brokers for what PUCO said was failure to file an annual report

Additionally, PUCO directed such companies to show cause why their license should not be revoked
