City Unhappy With FES Preferential Treatment of NOPEC Given Denied MFN Status

EnergyChoiceMatters.com has a story today concerning the City of Parma, Ohio's dissatisfaction with FirstEnergy Solutions for denying an originally sought "most favored nation" status in its municipal aggregation contract, as FES is alleged to have said that all aggregations were required to sign identical terms, but NOPEC was granted superior terms which do not allow the pass-through of polar vortex costs
