Group Opposing Ohio Nuclear Subsidies Will Miss Ballot Petition Deadline, Seeks More Time From Court

Ohioans Against Corporate Bailouts failed to meet a deadline for filing the requisite number of signatures to place a measure seeking to repeal HB 6, the nuclear subsidy bill, on the November 2020 ballot.

The group is seeking more time to gather signatures from a court, alleging various factors have infringed the groups' constitutional rights, as previously reported here
