Ohio Attorney General Approves Revised Ballot Summary Language For Measure To Repeal Nuclear Law

The Ohio Attorney General has approved a revised ballot summary for a proposed ballot initiative to repeal recent HB6, the nuclear subsidy law
The AG found that the summary is a fair and truthful statement of the measure to be referred.
The proposed ballot initiative still must complete other processes, including signature gathering and certification
