PUC Issues Default Service Procurement Rules For Comment

The PUC of Ohio has issued for comment what it termed proposed nonsubstantive changes to the rules under OAC 4901:1-35, addressing procurement of electricity default service, and requirements for any competitive bid process and application filing requirements

No substantive changes are proposed to the rules

The changes are proposed under the periodic five-year rules review process

The nonsubstantive changes reflect typographical and abbreviation changes
