Bloomberg Claim: Decades After Enron Debacle, Electricity Deregulation Is "Back"

Bloomberg published a report on previously reported efforts to open states such as Florida and Virginia to electric choice, with Bloomberg concluding, despite electric deregulation not having been successfully implemented newly in any state recently (and even noting the failure in Nevada), that deregulation is "back"
