The Virginian-Pilot published an op-ed favoring retail electric choice authored by Brennan Gilmore, executive director of Clean Virginia, and Lynn Taylor, president and co-founder of the Virginia Institute for Public Policy, both of whom are members of the recently formed Virginia Energy Reform Coalition.
