The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will remain a supply customer of NV Energy, as it has withdrawn an application before the PUC to take competitive supply -- the latest in a string of large customers to withdraw such applications
The Nevada Independent also reports that the Raiders are reconsidering a decision to take competitive supply for a newly constructed stadium once finished, as it considers a rate proposal from NV Energy
