A bill to provide subsidies to Pennsylvania's nuclear plants is set to be unveiled today, the AP reports via Fox Business
As previously reported , a draft of the bill would not have placed any nuclear compliance obligation on retail suppliers, but it's unclear if the final bill will retain this approach
