Texas Staff File Recommendations on Changes to Distributed Generation Rules

Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas have sought Commission guidance on changes to the distributed generation rules, and have made recommendations on threshold issues.

Among other things, Staff recommends deletion of "on-site" from the DG rule, and the elimination of the 10 MW cap in the DG rule.
