In the Houston Chronicle, L.M. Sixel notes that after the Texas PUC initially pulled hundreds of plans from the Power to Choose site for not having the same offers on the English and Spanish language versions of the site, retail electric providers have newly added hundreds of plans to the Spanish site to comply with the PUC's directive that offers shall be listed on both sites
