FERC Approves Exelon Acquisition of Pepco Holdings

FERC approved Exelon's acquisition of Pepco Holdings.

In doing so, FERC dismissed concerns that the acquisition would have on the PJM stakeholder process, and load representation therein (Pepco, having divested its generation, being seen as one of the lone consumer-focused transmission owners)
