Report: Energy Firms Dissatisfied With CFTC Over Rule Changes

A report published in IFR Asia, a Thomson Reuters property, says that energy suppliers are still "dissatisfied" with the U.S. CFTC over Dodd-Frank implementation, and the treatment of various instruments used to hedge and manage risk of physical delivery businesses.
