Mass. DPU Plans on Launching Energy Shopping Comparison Site

In an extensive story on customer choice in the face of the doubling of National Grid's default service rate in Massachusetts, the Worcester Telegram & Gazette report that the Massachusetts DPU, "plans a Web site that would make comparison shopping for electricity easier for customers as more competitive suppliers enter the market."
