The following NRG Energy retail electric providers -- Cirro Group Inc. (REP Certificate 10034), Energy Plus Holdings LLC (REP Certificate 10172), Everything Energy LLC (REP Certificate 10178), Green Mountain Energy Company (REP Certificate 10009), and US Retailers LLC (REP Certificate 10177) -- filed at the Public Utility Commission of Texas to assign any non-volunteer POLR obligations they may be assigned for the new 2015-16 term to affiliate Reliant Energy Retail Services LLC (REP Certificate 10007)

Several NRG companies had previously designated Reliant to assume their POLR obligations for the current 2013-14 term.
