PSNH Warns Of High Winter Electric Rates

William Quinlan, president and CEO of Public Service Company of New Hampshire, called last winter's electric price spikes, "an early warning of what the next few winters are going to look like," according to Foster's Daily Democrat

In a meeting with the Foster's Daily Democrat editorial board, Quinlan also cited extreme rate volatility.
