Osaka Gas Trading & Export LLC (OGTX) submitted a registration as a Texas power marketer

OGTX will conduct wholesale marketing and trading of energy products and services, as well as other business necessary to facilitate those activities, in the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) market

OGTX is 100 percent (100%) owned by Osaka Gas USA Corporation (OGUSA).

OGUSA's businesses include IPP investment, upstream asset investment, and management of Freeport LNG tolling operations
