Texas Customers Receive "Informational" Notice from TXU Regarding Bankruptcy

Jim Fuquay in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports that TXU Energy residential customers have received notices from TXU regarding its bankruptcy and the claims process.
TXU told the Star-Telegram the notices are informational, and that customers may see additional notices during the bankruptcy process depending on the customer's situation
