January 25,2017

The Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC) has scheduled Feb. 1 as the launch of the Internet-based “PUC Filer,” which will allow the public filing of documents directly to the agency’s central records.

A training session will be held Friday, Jan. 27 at 10 a.m. at PUC headquarters located on the seventh floor of the Travis Building, 1701 N. Congress Ave., Austin, TX 78701. The session will be Webcast live at http://www.texasadmin.com/tx/puct/

A replay will be available at this Website shortly after the session ends.

This new service allows PUC customers to file documents directly from their Web browser without having to download software or change their Internet security. More information about this process is available by calling the Information and Education section of the PUC at (512) 936-7046.
