CEO of Texas REP Sues Muni Over Power Plant Details

The Valley Morning Star has the story of Alex Hinojosa Jr., CEO of HINO Electric, who is suing Brownsville Public Utilities Board over disclosures related to a new power plant.

Hinojosa is seeking documents related to a deal between BPUB and Tenaska, which BPUB has said are subject to confidentiality protections.

According to the Valley Morning Star Hinojosa says that the muni should rely on market purchases and that the new plant would burden ratepayers
