InfraREIT, Inc., the ultimate owner of the T&D assets leased by Sharyland Utilities, announced the appointment of Stacey H. Doré as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Company. Doré follows Benjamin D. Nelson, who has resigned from the company effective as of November 7.

Doré is the former Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Co-Chief Restructuring Officer of Energy Future Holdings Corp. (EFH). As Co-Chief Restructuring Officer for the EFH portfolio of companies during the largest Chapter 11 bankruptcy ever filed in Delaware, Doré managed all aspects of the restructuring process.

Previously, Doré served as Vice President and General Counsel of EFH's subsidiary Luminant
