Report: Pennsylvania Bill Capping Variable Rates Stalls

May 08,2014

The Allentown Morning Call reports that House Bill 2104, which includes various electric market reforms and consumer protections including caps on variable rates, has "stalled."

The bill advanced from committee last week, but the House recessed for primary elections and the Memorial Day break prior to taking up the bill.

The bill may be addressed when lawmakers return in June
