EFH Says Oncor Sale Dead, Investors Say Still Working Toward Close

Energy Futures Holdings told a bankruptcy court yesterday that an investor group is not going to fund the acquisition of Oncor due to conditions placed on the acquisition by the Texas PUC

However, certain investors disputed that account, and said that they were still working to close the deal
