Japan: Gas Utility to Partner With Wireless Carrier To Offer Bundled Electricity, Telecom

Japanese utility Osaka Gas will partner with NTT Docomo, a mobile communications service provider, to bundle electricity and telecommunications offerings to residential customers as Japan's electricity mass market is opened to retail competition, Nikkei Asian Review reports

Nikkei Asian Review noted that other electricity suppliers have announced similar partnerships with wireless carriers or other utilities
