$12,000 in Bills from Retail Supplier Threatens Pa. Small Business

The Chambersburg, PA Public Opinion has a story of a small business owner at West Penn Power which faces $12,000 in electric bills from its competitive supplier for the winter, or five times higher than normal

Aside from increased usage, the Public Opinion reports that the customer's rates also quadrupled.
