Retail Supplier Says 99.9% of Bills Accurate

Liberty Power, in announcing its second-place rank in Illinois residential customer satisfaction in J.D. Power's recent survey (click here), said in a news release that, "In 2015, 99.9% of customer bills were accurate and 98.1% of all customer accounts were enrolled on time."

So far this year, 89.3% of customer issues were resolved on the first call, Liberty Power said
