Confirmed: EIF To Purchase GE’s 50% Stake in Linden Cogen Plant

Various subsidiaries of General Electric and Ares EIF Management filed a FERC application confirming, as RetailEnergyX.com first reported last week, that Ares EIF is to acquire GE's remaining 50% stake in the Linden Cogeneration facility

The Linden facility has a total nameplate capacity of 974.1 MW
