Texans Again Picket Outside Co-Op, Demand Choice

Residents of Paris, Texas have again protested Lamar Electric Co-op's status as monopoly supplier, picketing this weekend outside the co-op in favor of electric choice, KXII News 12 reports.

Protesters said that the cooperative's high electric rates have forced customers to leave their homes.
