An initial round of nominations was used to determine the five retail electric providers on which readers can vote Under the second round, under which readers can vote for one of the five companies listed above, voting begins on March 3rd and ends on March 17th! The top three nominees advance to the Best Of The Best finalist list. These nominees will be invited to the awards celebration gala.
