Post-Gazette: Pa. PUC Should Bar From Market Retail Energy Suppliers Engaging In False Sales Tactics

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette editorial board published an editorial stating that retail energy suppliers engaging in deceptive practices, "deserve[] harsh penalties," and should be, "shut out of the Pennsylvania market."

The P-G also urged the PUC to update its consumer protection and marketing rules, referencing a forthcoming rulemaking exclusively first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com
