PJM Posts 2019 5CPs And Weather-Normalized Zonal Peaks

PJM has posted the summer 2019 PJM 5 coincident peaks (5CP) and weather-normalized zonal peaks.
This information is used by member EDCs to develop the Peak Load Contributions which allocate load in the Reliability Pricing Model capacity market
