Residents of Delphos, Ohio have been instructed to ignored notices from FirstEnergy Corp. [sic] concerning savings on their electric bill, The Delphos Herald reports.

The Delphos Herald reports that the notices were sent out in error. The Herald reports that the city selected AEP Energy to serve its aggregation, over FirstEnergy [sic]
