The Pennsylvania PUC canceled the electric broker license of EMEX LLC as the PUC said that the licensee, "failed to provide the required approved financial security," in response to a tentative order which had found that the licensee had not provided proof to the Commission that it had a bond or other approved security in the amount directed by the Commission, to replace its expired bond.
