In reporting earnings, AltaGas Ltd. reported volume information for its WGL retail energy marketing segment

For the quarter ending March 31, 2019, the WGL retail energy marketing segment reported electricity sales volumes of 3,080 GWh and gas sales volumes of 27,411 Mmcf.

Year-ago comparisons were not provided since AltaGas did not own the WGL retail business at such time

AltaGas said that lower results in its Power segment (which includes WGL Energy's retail electric business) were driven in part by retail marketing capacity charge timing factors
