Pat Wood Endorses "Tweak" To ORDC Curve

December 19,2018

Pat Wood had a column published in The Dallas Morning News supporting changes to the Operating Reserve Demand Curve, which Wood described as a "tweak" to the market design

As Wood now hails the ORDC, it should be noted that in April 2013, Pat Wood had unequivocally declared, "it is time for a capacity market," in ERCOT.
