From LancasterOnline.com, we get more evidence of the long-term damage done to the retail market from the polar vortex, in representative customer Charles Eaves.

According to LancasterOnline.com, Eaves had a "bad experience" with a retail supplier last winter, and has now adopted the position of, "I'm with PPL and I'm not leaving them."

Eaves told LancasterOnline.com that he is "satisfied" with the price from PPL, as LancasterOnline.com noted that many customers find the Price to Compare to be "acceptable"
